1. Returns

  • Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
  • Time Frame: You have 30 calendar days from the date you received your item to initiate a return.
  • Non-returnable Items: Gift cards, sale items, and personal care items (such as underwear and swimwear) are not eligible for return.

2. How to Initiate a Return

  • Return Authorization: Once your return is approved, we will send you a return authorization number and instructions on how and where to send your package.
  • Shipping Costs: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

3. Refunds

  • Inspection: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.
  • Approval: If your return is approved, we will process your refund to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
  • Partial Refunds: Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error may receive partial refunds.

4. Late or Missing Refunds

  • Processing Time: Refunds may take some time to be processed and posted by your bank or credit card company.
  • Check Again: If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again, then contact your credit card company, and finally your bank. If you still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@willyramos.com.

5. Exchanges

  • Defective or Damaged Items: We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us at info@willyramos.com with your order number and details of the defect or damage.
  • Exchange Process: Once your exchange is approved, we will send you instructions on how to return the defective or damaged item and ship the replacement.
